Instructions for exhibitors - Exhibition of the works in the congress
All abstracts that have been accepted can be exhibited in the congress.
With the goal that attendees can optimize the use of the exhibits in the congress, for this edition of ENIEF the number of parallel sessions will be reduced. Therefore, this year and for the first time in ENIEF / MECOM, there will be two modes of exhibition:
- oral presentation
- poster + audiovisual (optional)
Authors will be contacted by the Organizing Committee on the preference of exhibition mode, but the final decision will be taken by the Organizing Committee depending on the congress organization needs.
This year it is expect to have approximately thirty (30) works exhibited in poster mode.
In conjunction with the exhibition of a poster, the author may send an audiovisual with a maximum duration of three minutes. The audiovisual will be displayed in the audiovisual session before the poster session and in the main lobby throughout the congress. The audiovisual will also be distributed together with the proceedings of the congress.
