Description

Historically, this session was devoted to the issues of mesh generation for Finite Element and visualization of results by numerical methods. More recently, the session has incorporated other topics with similar characteristics, where the use of robust geometric algorithms is required. A list of some topics of interest for the session Computational Geometry is as follows: Information visualization; Virtual reality; Computer graphics; Programming on GPU's; Geometry automatic generation; Image processing; Segmentation of digital images.
